Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not possible without incurring a charge till 48 hours before arrival day. Penalty Charge for late cancellation is 1 night

Travel indications
By car:For those arriving from the North on A2 Route we recommend exit Melide, taking immediately right towards Morcote: the hotel is located 4 km far.
For those arriving from the South on the A2 Route we suggest exit Bissone, following Melide-Lugano directions and after the dam bridge at the second round turn left in Melide to Morcote, the hotel is 4 miles on the right.
By train:For those arriving by train the nearest railway station is that of Melide, km 4 Lugano station is 9 km.
For both stations we offer a free shuttle service upon arrival and departure.
By plane:For our guests both arrival and departure we provide a free shuttle service to the airport of Lugano-Agno.
To the airports of Milan Malpensa and Linate we offer a shuttle service on payment
